Discworld Pizza

According to The Discworld Companion in its various guises, pizza was introduced to the Disc by Ronron "Revelation Joe" Shuwadhi. In Shuwadhi's entry, he is said to have first appeared in Mort.

But searching the text of Mort shows no mention or Ronron or pizza!

Is he hiding somewhere else in the books? Or was he created for the Companion?

Many thanks! It seems that my actual physical Kindle doesn't search Mort properly, whereas the Kindle app on my phone is fine. I'll try re-downloading it.

I've switched Kindles and can now search Mort - but I can't search The Last Hero. I presume it's because it's graphic images rather than text.
