The date on that article is March 2018. At the time it first circulated, Rob said nothing, and Rhianna said "wait for an official announcement before believing rumours" or words to that effect. There still hasn't been an official announcement from what I've seen... so it's still just a rumour.

Rob spoke at the Chalk Valley History Festival. He was more optimistic about The Watch going ahead than I've heard him since the Convention.
My next project is a book in which I explore the influence of the music of Beyonce on the writings of J R R Tolkien. It's called "It you write it, you have to put a ring in it"
