Found via multiple bits of fandom on twitter IIRC the Irish con tweeted about something the American con got about a link on faceborg which i don't do but the video ended up on Vimeo

Neil Gaiman and Rob Wilkins in conversation about Good Omens

https://vimeo.com/232085561/90799791f4

Edited to add it seems it was the Australian con on Faceborg maybe the Irish con Retweeted it my memory is so bad these days its hard to do proper attributions where social media is concerned

Just watched the Neil and Rob interview that they recorded for NADWCon (posted by Alex below - 'kn you!) and it is well worth a watch :D

It gets off to a bit of a slow start, but towards the end there's some lovely reminiscences about Terry and some great snippets of info about what the TV series is going to be like and loved the way they both worked out how to get Terry's hat onto camera for certain scenes. Also loved the way Rob takes such delight in being an extra in as many scenes as possible - can't say I blame him as I'd do exactly the same in his position!

Is anyone on the Forum in the Extras cast for GO? If so, how did you do it and is there any room for some extra Extras? She added hopefully . . . :bounce: :D :bounce:

The video (on Vimeo) is posted by "Terry Pratchett Estate" and the Facebook page I originally saw it on is "Terryandrob", which I assume is either controlled by Rob or by someone who works for him. It's mostly a repeat of Rob's twitter feed but with some extra stuff like this.

Then I shared it on the Australian Discworld Convention Facebook page and Twitter, and of course the other cons picked it up on Twitter too :)

I fully expect the only reason the North American Discworld Convention didn't share it directly themselves on social media is because they were all too busy actually enjoying the convention! :)

Tweet from Neil Gaiman earlier today:

Amazing crew. Glorious cast. And all I can think is of Terry Pratchett. I think "why aren't you here to see this?" And my eyes get wet.

Onion Fairy strikes again . . .

More cast listed today

Jack Whitehall (a marmite actor if ever there was one) as Newt and Jasmine Hyde as Sister Grace

I think Jack could make it work - at least I really, really, really hope that he does . . .

Better news is that Miranda Richardson has been cast as Madame Tracey :D :D :D

I find JW unfunny and irritating, but can approach him with an open mind

I'm far more concerned with the announcement of an American (well, Puerto Rican) as Anaethema Device
Very sceptical about that
There are literally thousands of English actresses who could have done wonders with that role :(
