I don't believe so. I think it's the Sixth Phase with bits Adams wrote but never published and new material featuring the familiar characters. A bit like the Netflix Dirk Gently series - enjoyable but not really all that much to do with the books other than the name "Dirk Gently" and the concept "holistic detective".
My next project is a book in which I explore the influence of the music of Beyonce on the writings of J R R Tolkien. It's called "It you write it, you have to put a ring in it"

I thought the Hexadecimal phase was going to be based on Eoin Colfer's "And Another Thing..." -- which I've never read, because... well, it's not Adams.

I didn't much like it. But then, I didn't rate a lot of Adam's later books either.

I thought Colfer was BETTER than the later Adams actually.
