NADWCon 2013 Registration Now Open!

We are taking a cue from the 8th color of the rainbow, OCTARINE - the actual color of magic - and offering memberships for a special price of just $88 from now until July 31, 2012. Sign Up Now!

We're taking you to L-Space (another place, another time... in an age of wander) where time and space and all of reality are bendable, changeable and truly MAGICAL!

We have a nearly endless gallery of libraries from the Disc. Some contain entertainments, others scholarly notes, and still others guests of renown and honor.

Try unchecking the "show available rooms only" and click search again. Seems to be a quirk of the Marriott registration system. We'll let them know of the issue and hopefully get it fixed.

Thanks for being one of the first to register. Look forward to seeing you in Baltimore.

That did the trick, thank you! :D Although, it would not let me specify that we need a room with 2 beds. It also shows sold out on the 3rd. Don't know how big a problem that might be for people coming in early from overseas? I went ahead and held a room, but will have to give them a call to make sure they hold the right room type.

Cool! :D

I can't imagine they're actually sold out on the 3rd. Probably just blocking the con rate?

We are aware that some dates are showing as sold out on the hotel booking site. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We will let you know when it has been resolved.

Our confirmation email doesn't give our badge numbers - we need those so we can show off! 8-)

I'm registered now, and I, too, would like to know when it becomes possible to add 3 and 8 July to my hotel reservation. Thanks!

Registered too but holding on booking hotel till told it's all OK.

I assume I can change the hotel booking closer to the con when I know whether I'll be taking a holiday in the US too?

When I booked yesterday I was able to get a room checking in on the 4th, and checking out on the 9th. So the 8th was available for at least a short time.

I noticed in the fine print of my reservation confirmation that if you cancel after May 31, 2013, they charge you for one night's lodging as a penalty. Something to bear in mind, but at the same time I think it might be best to at least book the nights of the con. My sense is that this convention will meet its maximum capacity (after all, Madison did, or very close to it). It's just a question of when.

I'm booked for the Con and roomie has booked hotel, so I'm sorted! :D

Would like to know my badge number, though (I was 7 in Madison, but don't think I'm that low this time round).
Cheers -
