You'll be fine
You're naturally personable, chatty and enthusiastic, you know what you're talking about, you want people to understand you with no hidden agenda nor axe to grind...
A perfect panellist, really

Am in Spokane after spending few days in St Michaels Maryland with Phalarope. Interesting journey after they cancelled my flights from Baltimore, so didn't get here till Midnight Monday.Scoping out everything here and been watching the organisers get everything set up. More later.

For those who might be interrested, copied over form a friend's facebook
a note from Spider Robinson:
--------
At 8 PM on Thursday, August 20, at Sasquan, the World Science Fiction Convention in Spokane, WA, playwright Elizabeth Cano of Montréal will present the American premiere of a play based on my story “God Is An Iron” (AKA Chapter 2 of the novel MINDKILLER). It will take place in a 100-seat venue, I’m told. It should be listed in the Program Book.
I just saw the dress rehearsal via Skype tonight, my first look at the production, and I was completely blown away. Great adaptation, great cast, great set, great direction. Great music, too.
The gods of cyberspace permitting, I also hope to catch the tech rehearsal, the performance, and the audience Q&A afterward on Thursday, also via Skype. And if Skype reception fails, they’ll have a short video in which I talk about my reactions to what I saw today, for backup.
Please pass the word to anyone you know who might be at Sasquan on Thursday and not otherwise booked at 8 PM. What these people have achieved deserves to get seen. I hope I get a chance to shake the hand of everyone involved, one day.

Still in Spokane! Or should I say Smokane!! Wildfires across portions of the state mean it is quite nasty going outside with smoke and dust from the fires blotting out the light for portions of the day. Every time the bar door is opened a gust of smoky air enters the room. Nasty taste in the mouth. Otherwise great convention.I believe it is the largest ever with 11000 odd registered and 4500 attendees. Photos will follow as soon as we can figure out how to link them. Two days to go.
