Hey, Nonny, I think I remember I've promised you a beer if we ever meet. It was a long time ago, maybe it was another person, but if you accept it then it doesn't really matter :D .

Did you? That would be fun, though you are under no obligation of course. I might just buy one right back.

Deal, as long as you buy me one I've never tried before :)

How about water!!!

Never!!! No King, no Queen, no master, NO WATER!!! :D
I don't want a happy ending, I want more story.

Haven't figured out how to get Chesapeake Bay crabs and oysters through security in the US, or through customs in the UK, so you all will unfortunately have to go without.

Rats. :( Those are tasty.

I wonder if I can actually get people to drink up that jalapeno vodka. I don't really drink bloddy marys all that much.

I'm pretty sure the disappearing spell goes like this:
"I bet you can't drink that!"

the thing tht worked on peter moorwood at 1 am following the first Irish con dead monkey party was "Peter I have a problem" "what is it Alan" "I have all this whiskey and nobody to drink it with me " 3 millisecond pause , clap on shoulder "I can help you with that"
[regarding Alan Rickman] He had Tim Curry's ability to save the day by putting literally all the scenery in his mouth and gnawing on it like a deranged woodchuck.

What's sleep? Oh yes, I know, that magical thing that my body tried to catch-up (no pun intended) on, on the drive home from the last Con.

At cons I follow the Mur Lafferty 1,2, 3 rule.

Every day have 1 shower, 2 meals and 3 hours sleep.

Okay, I just checked the weather in Manchester and Derbyshire and is that really what you guys call SUMMER?!?! It's hardly breaking 70!

Good grief, I have to go dig out my winter clothing! I am not joking! Long pants and long sleeves for me out there! And a jacket. And my happy lil rainbow umbrella. And my winter jammies.

Winter in August... well it''ll be a welcome relief anyway. It no longer cools down much at night here. I actually stopped wearing necklaces because the heat when you first get in the car transmits so fast I actually got a burn just from wearing one. :sunny:
