Problems registering for CabbageCon

Postby Pat » Mon Dec 01, 2014 12:28 pm

Anyone managed this? I can't get the web page to accept my account creation and the error says

"You must be a human, not a spam bot, to submit forms on this website. If you insist that you are a human, please try again. If error persists, contact webmaster using contact link at the bottom of this page and give all the details of this error (your browser, version, OS).
Please enable Javascript to use this form."

but the link at th ebottom of the page doesn't provide a contact email. I'd hate to miss it but if I can't register I don't fancy just turning up (though that did work at Armadacon)
My next project is a book in which I explore the influence of the music of Beyonce on the writings of J R R Tolkien. It's called "It you write it, you have to put a ring in it"

I can't either
I've found an old email for Paul - paul@dutchdwcon.nl - and asked him about it

Hoorah! I am registered for CabbageCon 2015 and my status is "Voltooid". Which is probably a good thing.

It's "completed" in Dutch, so probably is a good thing.

Obviously the earlier part of my career supporting customers in Nijmegen wasn't quite as mis-spent as I thought it was.

Oh, that's a relief. I was worried the Voltooid were a monster from Dr Who.

naw, the only monster from Dr who you should worry about is called the Moffat, he may be a good writer but is a terrible showrunner, the last season was just awful!

OK, step two.

Anyone worked out how to get to the Convention from the airport? It's about 1hr 40min by train to Nijmegen - taxi from there?

According to Google: Bus no. 8 from Nijmegen station to Berg en Dal.

The bus doesn't go near the hotel
