Grace Speaker wrote:Well? What news, tales, gossip, updates, arrests, photos, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera* from the Con? :D

Oodles
In Narrativia's pipeline (some of these are re-posts of older news);
Good Omens TV series written by Neil Gaiman
Wee Free Men film written by Rhianna Pratchett
Mort film written by Terry Rossio
Unnamed secret film also written by Terry Rossio (IN HIS SPARE TIME!) - but when Rob went out for a chinese meal with Terry R, he had more rice than him, he found the meal educational, but there was a row of dents in the table
A new secret unnamed exec producer who worked on a TV franchise that Rob used a cunning secret name for, that no one understood - 'Proctor Poo'
The watch progresseth, Rod Brown expects it to start filming next year, and we finally got told the reason the the delay - they are now starting pre-Guards Guards!, rather than all new episodes

Also;
The Discworld Diary 2017 or 2018 will be about Terry
The biography is slowly taking shape
Discworld Compendium will be reissued with all of the stuff that has been excluded in the past due to size
Discworld Encyclopaedias - starting with Death - will be after that
A linkup betwixt Discworld.com and the Josh Kirby estate to reissue as many of Josh's works as possible

I'll post any more I remember
All sounds very exciting :D :bounce: :D
I like the idea of the next DW Diary being about Terry himself.
Nice bit of cryptic wordery going on there Mr Boote, "more rice", eh? :wink: As for the exec from Proctor Poo - which one? Are we allowed to hope its Moffat? :bounce:

You can hope all you like, but she was there and most definitely was not the mass-character-murderer moffat :)
Rob asked us not to photograph her, use google image, and find out who she was :)

Nonny was wonderful! I know someone video'd her performance, but can't remember who it was. I think they posted it on the Convention page on Facebook.

Maybe because it's on facebook? This is from araby, ask if he'll give you a link to his Dropbox. That's how I got it.

Thanks for the compliments, guys. I did my best and it was super fun. I forgot that it was a contest - I just wanted to perform. But that I won means they liked it :sunny:

Your costume was awesome, and your soundtrack was spot-on - you totally deserved the win! :thumbl: I'm just glad I had the practice time-slot near yours, so I got to see it :D

This is from Penfold on the Transworld forum.

http://www.lenbrookphotography.com/p703521404

I would appreciate it if someone could also post the link on the Cunning One's forum as it won't let me join up for some reason (the acknowledgement email to confirm and finalize registration is not being sent). There are photo's of Nonny Mouse's performance on there and I think a few were interested in seeing them. Many thanks
