YAY!! I am in Genua at present, the weather continues fine. I'm actually staying with the head of Homeland Security for Louisiana, so if that -ing hurricane comes this way I'll be the first to know. He seems to think it won't be a problem.

Excellent. I rerouted my flight through Denver just in case, and I've packed all my costumes (which is the bulk of it). I will be there Tuesday afternoon.

Home! Got out of Tennessee just as the storms were getting to the top of Florida. Tail winds took 1 hour off the transatlantic journey time. Traffic due to a crash on the M62 put it back on again.

But home. And a great Convention it was!

Any of you lot bringing a laptop to the Con? I've committed to doing a stamps program and was going to do an illustrated talk, but ConCom don't provide laptops. I love DW fans, but I'm not ready to hand around my more precious stuff, and honestly don't want to carry it on the airplane either.
