hello to our very own crafty cockney.Welcome back Barrie.
[regarding Alan Rickman] He had Tim Curry's ability to save the day by putting literally all the scenery in his mouth and gnawing on it like a deranged woodchuck.

Hi Barrie! Welcome back. We've missed you! I'm so sorry to hear about your eyesight. (And not only for selfish "I want shiny things" reasons.)

Hello everyone!
My name is Gareth and I come from forn parts (i.e. Ireland). I've been a Discworld fan for years and I have only recently discovered the wonderful world of Discworld stamps after reading an article in Stamp and Coin Mart. I can't believe I have missed eleven years of stamp releases!!! I have been a real world stamp collector for a long time and I am salivating like Pavlov's dog at the prospects of starting a Discworld stamp collection :D I like to design FDCs, so I might give it a go with some Discworld issues. Now, where did I put my credit card? I've got some stamps I need to buy. Talk soon!
Gareth.

Welcome Welcome, Gareth. You'll find a variety of friendly folk here, including some thradithional philatelithtth.. Many of us flatelists have plenty of older commons available for trade - check out the Trading Thread. That's also a good place to find sports for trade, too, as opposed to the Other Place (the Bay of E).
Cheers -

Hi I'm Orin,

I posted in 'Tell us about yourself' because I couldn't work out if 'Welcome to new members' was for me to introduce myself as a new member or strictly for those doing the welcoming of new members :?
It now transpires I've posted on both threads and I therefore have all bases of introduction covered - :clown:

So... "Hi"
