Welcome to new members

Somewhere to say hello, draw up a chair and join us by the fire...

I once responded to a couple of things posted in "Tell us about yourself" and had my welcome to a new member and sympathy with a misfortune that had befallen another deleted by mods as a digression because it wasn't all about me. So I think the answer is that you can post in either thread but this is the best one if you want anyone to reply.

Anyway, welcome to the forum. I see you are in Somerset so maybe we will see you in person at the "Gathering of the Loonies" at the end of November.

I've read your other post and decided against responding lest it be deleted. I think 25 years of guilt is enough for a teenage crime. However, I did like Grace's suggestion that you donate books to libraries.

Welcome Welcome, patholm! :D We're all like-minded about Terry - and diverse as a lucky-dip bag about everything else. Also extremely friendly. Pull up a chair.
Cheers -

Wotcha Patholm! :thumbl:

As Phalarope says "Pull up a chair!" and (as Nanny Ogg was wont to add) "call the cat a bastard!"

Hmmm, in one blink of an eye, or rather before the eye could use the heavy lids to cover its drop of salty water gathering in one of its corners, I am searching the Sunshine Sanctuary for missing dragons and any hidden quantum weather butterfly... Then there is a swoosh, a swash, a zigizigaz, and the blink of the eye and I find myself... Hmmming here, where ever Here is. I wonder, did the disk make a double flip with a spin? Well, I might never know how exactly I ended in this Here, but as Here is where here was not, before the blink. I better say:

Hey :)

Respectfully yours
Alzar

Hi all. Just to reintroduce myself since I think I first joined a few years ago and dropped of the map somewhere. Many thanks to Ian for sorting it all out when I tried to rejoin after the convention and it wouldn't let me in (story of my life, especially when returning to pubs). I suspect quite a few will know me from the Transworld Forum. :D

I guess that I have to reintroduce myself under my new guise. It turns out that the 'Penfold' account belonged to someone else and I became a temporary imposter. I guess the original is going to be in for a heck of a surprise if he has notifications on telling him he has been making posts after all these years.

A warm welcome to Ezekial Burmantoft, a new member from the Leeds area, who is somewhat confused
He feels that some order can be imposed upon collections of DW paraphernalia

Welcome felixkitten

You'll find everyone here very friendly, so just dive in :)

Also, with a forum name like that, guessing you're a cat fan, so just follow the trail of kitty pics, stories, anecdotes ...
