Hi Heath! Carol from Maryland, here. Not deep, but I say y'all, too. Check sanity at the door and enjoy the madness :D

Hi guys I've been reading pratchett since I was 14. Am now 29 and a complete addict. Also sorry if this is the wrong place cos I got a bit lost but I have the carrot and errol bookends made by clarecraft. I noticed the discowrld logo which is normally just stamped into the resin was silver in colour and also I have a small set of silver initials on each one. Does this mean that they are rare/ltd edition. Does anyone know how I can get more information on the clarecraft figures in general (a caltalogue or something would be a dream)
Thanks for tolerating a newbie full of questions. :)

Welcome to the asylum.
The initials will be the person who painted the pieces.
They did start to produce a Collectors' Guide to Discworld Figurines. But that died a death along with Clarecraft. The one I have is not complete but it is useful at times. They come up on eBay from time to time.

Hello folks,

I'm David from the UK, ageing far too fast and a returnee having been involved for journals 1 to 12, then being dragged from the true path by things to nasty to describe (think worse than that determined double glazing salesman) :D

Luckily i found that old cardboard box, got in touch with the emporium to look at help in returning to the bright side, and with an amazing amount of helpfulness and cheer they did just that.

My collection is small, my knowledge is less lol , but I have loved the books since I started with Colour of magic / Light fantastic ( lets be honest, they are really one book) and now I'm looking forward to catching up and even looking into these events that i hear take place.

and a good goose to all :)

Welcome David.. Well you know the drill. sanity in the bucket by the door - sounds like they already have your credit card details.lol
