I *think* it's at 3 pm in Maryland. We're on daylight saving time (aka Summer Time). But prior EEBs were usually at 4 pm, except when we got out of sync with BST, and from what Heather says, BST will be on by Sunday.

I think heather might have been thrown by the poll date, which is set in May.according to www.timeanddate.com british summer time starts at 2 am on Sunday the 29th of march. Which means that UTC = GMT for the meeting on saturday, march 21st.
[regarding Alan Rickman] He had Tim Curry's ability to save the day by putting literally all the scenery in his mouth and gnawing on it like a deranged woodchuck.
