It's happening today, folks ... and we are 'lurking' locally already!
Looks like there are VE celebrations in Skioton this morning, with some road closures so be aware that traffic might be even more manic than usual.
If you are coming, we will see you in The Narrowboat later ... but if you ain't, we won't. Obviously.

Take care folks!

Despite the leeds Half Marathon trying to prevent us getting to the meeting. we finally made it, albeit 80 minutes late! a good turnout inspire a lively debate on life, the universe and everything. Heather was successful in the quiz despite trying to have a recount. Quaffing and imbibing unsued and much merriment was apparent. The next meeting should be the Harkin Garden Party and dates will be forthcoming. Watch this space.
....And forgiveness walks at my side!

Well, that was fun! And a new low - coming last in Pauk's excellent quiz. I enjoyed reading my forfeit -...one of Paul's magestic pomes ...

So I think I might come to the next one!

Thanks to all for a lively lovely afternoon.

I brought the quiz sheet home and I'm sure there are grounds for an appeal 8)

Lovely to see the old gang together again, and I'll prepare a quiz just in case my lawyersforme lose.
