29 LBEs and all I got was a Klatch 20 wol sport plus, thankfully, one Glorious 25th sport.
No sports for me either, although to be fair I only got half my usual number of LBEs + the sheet this time round . . . and the new non-buggered Hedgehog tote bag :D

Maybe the LBE elves need to give the LBEs more of a shuffle before they deal them out to us punters . . .

A couple of oddities in the King and Queen LBE. I got 2 Magrat & Vence stamps with an extra vertical perforation also a joined pair of the Royal Bank of Ankh-Morpork sports. Not seen the latter before.

I opened my first ever order, Inside my "The King & Queen" LBE I got :
Magrat & Verence, Mr.Fusspot $1, Ankh-Morpork Yellow 5p, Penny Patrician, One Ffyrling Llamedos, Prid of Ankh, Half Penny Post, Octarine Grass and an Island of Leshp
I'm really happy with these as it's a great start to my collection.

As well as this I ordered a few other designs that caught my eye including the Cruel and Unusual Geography four set. From which I received my first sport I think, as the Wrymberg has a dragon flying next to it.

Overall I can say for sure I'm addicted trying not to order another handful of stamps but I'm certain I will give in before the days end.

If anyone has any advice for a Newbie I'd appreciate it

~Thanks~

Nah, just give it over to the shop now. Saves time for later. :P

But if you want commons to kick start the collection or you want sports that particularly appeal, the trading thread is a good place to go to find people with spares in exchange for spares or money.

And there are several options out there to keep your collections from DIY albums to advice on commercial philatelist supplies that best suit in this forum (just DON'T use stamp hinges! Never stamp hinges!)

I can see myself doing that in the near future frank!

Thanks for the advice Kelshandra I appreciate it, I think I will post on the trading forum then!

As for storing them I think a DIY album sounds best for me, and don't worry I'll stay away from Hinges!

Amongst my last lot of LBEs was a Patrician P lace triangle sport.
