Oh, the anticipation

General Stamp discussion.

Now we have new items to anticipate :D
I managed to cancel my elsewhere order (phew) and pre order Mrs Bradshaw's handbook, so as to get the share certificate, and I'm looking forward to the collectors pack too. Will there be a mint copy of the new "Chalk" stamp available at some stage or is it an exclusive to this item?
I can only conclude that I'm paying off Karma at a vastly accelerated rate.

The footnote on the email (the starred comment below the pictures) says that "Discworld Stamp collectors may wish to note that this new issue will be available for general release very soon. - more information coming soon!"

The Chalk stamp looks like it's in the same design family as the Llamedos stamps. Much anticipation here as well. I have been told the only thing I'm getting for Christmas is my annual excessive number of Season Tickets, so I am free to buy anything else I want for myself, mwahahahaha!

Hang on in there, it'll be worth the wait! These Going Postal stamps are gorgeous and I have to confess to having a particular favourite of the one with Moist on Boris. I succumbed to getting the FDC as well and I'm glad I did as the level of detail in the drawings is easier to see and is an absolute delight......Stanley Howler in his PINS t-shirt for example :D :D

Ah that may ease my worries though it may be lost in the post or something! I appreciate they do a lot of work and are busy so I don't mind that! But, if the postman has lost it then there will be hell to pay!!!!!!!!!!!! Still my nerves are almost shot anyway so a while longer won't matter  :bounce: :D
