Anyone know a good (free) translate-to-Latin site?
Google Translate isn't worth the paper it's printed on
Eeek!

So today I found out that using CAPS, or even a single Capital letter can change the meaning of a phrase in Google Translate's Latin-to-English translation.

It's bad enough that I'm going to need to learn Heraldic as a third language just to complete this competition...

Oook!

Very excited! :bounce:

Just one small edit, if you will - I'm female, so if you could just fix the "His winning entry..." I'd be grateful.

Well done Yael :thumbl: :thumbl: :thumbl:

Love the design - although I'd add an addendum to the motto where Bernard's concerned: A small gift of alcohol will get you everywhere . . .

Why no mention of the 14th Birthday, even if nothing happened or maybe it did and I forgot.

Cartouches
With the advent of the new definitives I thought I would review the images used in the cartouches over the years.

Ditto, I ended up finding a few interesting Pratchett rabbit hole references when double checking my answer (cos I was too lazy go go and get the book off my shelf.

Congratulations to Squigglyx and dried_frog on winning the competition.
Dried_frog's name was dran out of my hat by my wonderful wife.
I know I said one prize by Squigglyx sent in his answer within a minute of me posting the competition I had to award a special prize.
The book I was reading was Wee Free Men.
