I think the new Ffyrling stamp from Llamedos may turn out to be my favourite of the year. Of course I haven't seen what else you are planning Ian, but a totally new design style is always refreshing when done so well.

All on sale from 00:01am BST on April 1st...

I have this vision of a bleary-eyed Ian sitting in front of the computer with finger poised over the Y key and watching the clock slowly tick round to midnight.

That's about right. Obviously we're usually in bed with our Horlicks by 8.30, of course, but for releases we pour a little tipple and run our little analytics thing to see how many others are up with us for midnight club.

That's very Dark Clerk of you . . . His Lordship would approve

Do we get a special Midnight Club/Dark Clerk frank on our parcels? Or maybe just an ominous black paperclip to tell us 'we know who you are . . .' ?

Of course the site didn't say this was a limited release... Is that our April fool joke?
Guess who forgot and is sitting in a cafe waiting for coffee and cake? Such a hard life... :p

But the Llamedos sheet is being billed at £0.00
At least, it was on my order! :D

You can't be a Dark Clerk while drinking Horlicks, man!! You should at least be twirling a fine brandy . . . while slowly and ominously sharpening your pencils

I do appreciate this civilized release time*, just after a leisurely dinner. :P

*7 pm is so much more humane than 5 am.

For some of us the same thought applies to midnight, really should get to bed before 2am. :)
