both my kids are moving year
nathan has 4 teachers he is leaving and james has 2
everyone buys teachers leaving presents from their pupils
any gift idea's
they have to be not expensive please

I usually try to have a look out for the little books of interesting stuff that you can get hold of these days. The teachers always seem to be innundated with chocolates and soap.

Having said that, I've not been able to find anything this year so we're a bit stuck, too. :?
If you can't be a good example, you'll just have to be a horrible warning...

All my teacher used to get was a homemade card and some handpicked flowers!

get a pack of multicoloured pens and some ribbon - at least the teachers have a chance of using them :)

I just used to tell them they could keep the kids over the summer. They were so touched - you could see the tears welling up in their eyes...

I really appreciated that one when I was teaching. And Dave, you are a mean-spirited b.....d. Pot is just what your average teacher needs.

Flowers! Works for me every time.

If a mixed bunch is too much for your boys to handle, what about dividing up a bunch of single flowers (such as Sunflowers or Lilies) and wrapping their stems with foil?

From experience club together with all the other parents and get a cocktail bar for the staff room. You will guarantee your children's future.

Another good club together present with other parents is gift certificates to a local day spa, I don't know a single person who has gone to one and been disapointed. Most people seem to use theirs on a nice relaxing massage and soak.
