It was sunny at times, slightly over cast with a few minor spots of rain at one point.
Had a great time, met loads of people from this and other forums, had to leave eariler than planned due to very sore feet and a sore knee :(
Only took 5,yes 5 photos, three of them were of Mark Aylings excellent iconograph.
Thanks Mark for allowing me to take some close up photos of your work :)

Arrived back early evening, what can I say! the credit card is now in the fridge trying to avoid melt down! Whilst I knew in my heart that Bernard was a genious, I've now had it confirmed with mine own eyes, the man managed to achieve in 15 seconds, what I've failed to achieve in 25 years plus of marriage! Whilst I was let loose with with a credit card, like a "kid in a sweet shop". He caught the wifes hard (disapproving stare)
and piped up in tone that could not be ignored " Don't look at him like that, those things'll be worth something in the future!" And I'm left with one exceedingly quiet and bright red missus!......... the man is ( a lot braver than I am) a genious, and a gentleman. Thanks!!!!   :thumbr:
Whadya mean it doesn't add up........!!!!!

I can't believe no one organised a Flatalist get together, all it would have needed was a barrel of beer to be opened at a certain time, everyone would have been there in a flash :D
