Anhk-Morpork PO bag

Postby Exp. Date, the rat » Mon Aug 15, 2005 12:47 am

Hello All,

I am looking into getting the AM PO bag from Paul Kidby's site and need to know before I purchase it are there compartment inside the bag. I have the City Watch Bag, and LOVE it, but w/o the compartments its hard to find your badge for your work at the begining of the day and the car kets at the end of the day.

So any info on it?

Thanks for your help in advance! :D

Nope, got the 'gist' of it. My wife bought me the City Watch one and It is GREAT, but no real storage. I know that PK's site says has some storage but just wanted to hear from someone who had it to see what it was really like. Will prob buy it on friday, along with an order from Wincanton, and Bonsai Trading. LOTS of $$$$$$ from my adoring loverly, wife!

Gods I loves thats woman!

The PO bags commonly come out for flatalist meet-ups, and I've never heard anyone complaining that thing wouldn't fit in them. Ours often holds a stockbook, a few ( ) LBEs and various other odds and sods.

It's a very usable bag, plus all the pens and mobiles etc pockets that Nevermind mentioned.

the PO Bag is just lovely...

Image

The main section is quite big... could easily fit a a couple of files in it... or in my case my ablum and my laptop...

there is a smaller 'zip' section its thin but very useful for lose bits of paper...

it has 4 'pen holders' a small 'zip' pocket infrount of another pocket.
There is also a velcro pocket....

All in all very nice...

It's also a great conversation starter, I'm amazed how many strangers have come up to me and asked about it :D

Thanks guys, you've been a great BIG  help. I know that the description says that it has some storage inside, and I know the PK and TP would never short change the fans, but I have ordered some bags in the past that says it has zipper compartments.

But when I get it, the pockets are not big enough to hold two coins, and a half a pencil some times. The pics were great and all advice. Def. ordering one by the end of the week.

Once again,
THANKS ALL! :D
