Martyn had a great birthday, started at home, with lots of cards, and a present from his Mum,went into Chichester for the day, shopped , and had lunch in a gorgeous pub near the playing field. He picked up an new phone on the way out, as his old one had died the night before, came home and ate while binge watching "Top of the Lake " China girl. Tim and Caz popped in with cards and presents, then watched last nights episode of Game of thrones , and thronecast afterwards. :D
I bought him a huge heavy chainsaw cut Lion , who he has called Clarence, he aught to go in the garden , and I had covered him in linseed oil ( the Lion not Martyn ) but he now seems to have a spot at the bottom of the stairs, as he has a flat top to his mane, he makes a great stand, ideal for mail and the odd mug of tea. :D
Today he has gone into town to have a hair cut, and were finishing the living room decorating today ( juat a bit more painting to do ) and hopefully the guy re doing the livingroom floor and shelving will arrive on Wednesday/Thursday to start ripping up the old, and fitting the new.
