Terry in the news - ** NO DIGRESSIONS **

Just what it says on the tin, a place for all sorts of useful and useless information.

I heard it.
I must admit i got aa tad fed up with the presenter. At one point it was as if he was really trying to pull Mr Pratchett down.

Personally i was in awe and inspired by his outlook on life.
If only i could of been as strong when life gave me a bum deal.

three chears for Mr P :D

Terry was on BBC Breakfast this morning in a quick article to follow on the news story about the cost of looking after people with dementia will spiral, he sounded tired, but it was quarter past 8!

On June 14th Terry will be signing the new paperback of Making Money at Foyles bookstore on

According to my brother, (so it must be right  ), there will be a chat/interview/quote from Terry on the ITV News at Ten tonight about some new research findings that have been announced today.

There is a full page article written by Terry in today's News of the World. I can get Viagra on the NHS but nothing for Alzheimer's.

Also mentions that he will be featuring on BBC1 in a panorama special on Monday at 20:30.

In spirit, but not in word.
My next project is a book in which I explore the influence of the music of Beyonce on the writings of J R R Tolkien. It's called "It you write it, you have to put a ring in it"

Depends on what you'd be willing to bet for in case you lose...

I'm sure we can come up with some interesting ideas
