Rincewind would like to annouce that he is gay. Since he never gets any, it really doesn't make much difference which any he doesn't get, and at least he might get a brief reputation for social awareness:-)

Hmm...who would be his Grindelwald? The obvious candidate would be Twoflower, but no - doesn't stand up - it must be DEATH!

Rincewind and Death.....the two characters in the series who are destined to be together but just can't seem to get a break.

....but Death does all the running.

I wasn't suggesting that he 'camp' it up, but a revelation like that may cause him to look slightly differently at the way he plays the part. :)
Proceed, varlet, and let the day be rendered perfect for my benefit!

Maybe that why he used to get upset when Rincewind always escaped him

I thought the one to come out of the closet (or at least off the top of the cupboard) was the Luggage.

At weekends his name is "Trunkie".

Then we'd have to have Stephen Fry play him, surely?

We should keep this among ourselves......

If this got out onto the Harry Potter boards like the 'fantasy furore'...
Who knows? More really really badly spelt death threats?
(although they might be on nice lilac stationery with tasteful envelopes)
As we journey through life, discarding baggage along the way, we should keep an iron grip, to the very end, on the capacity for silliness.

Here I thought Rincewind was a hobby to Death, but turns out he just wants to bone him.

Didn't he die in book six?
So what does it matter if he was gay or not?
