Kindle version of The Lost Hero

This has come out at last - but I'm finding it very hard to read on my phone or Kindle. It appears to be a simple scan of the book so the text doesn't flow if you change the font size, and it doesn't seem to be indexed. I wonder if they could be induced to release a version which has the text as an appendix.
This is my sort of recipe book. "Wrap the pastry in a damp cloth and chill for 20 minutes." Don't mind if I do.

I thought pat, as a dr, you were only qualified to remove appendices, not insert them..
[regarding Alan Rickman] He had Tim Curry's ability to save the day by putting literally all the scenery in his mouth and gnawing on it like a deranged woodchuck.
